Nelson currently serves as the Executive Director of CURE Kenya, where he maintains overall accountability for the hospital’s operational, financial, spiritual, and clinical well-being. 

In 2015, he began his career at the CURE hospital in Kenya as a CUREkids Coordinator before serving in a variety of other roles, including Donor Facilitation Manager, Programs and
Development Director, and Capital Projects Co-ordinator.
